In all honesty this is a romantic game, just due to how the mechanic works corruption in the best name for it. As you progress with the girls and explore them, the past and the world changes so that now they were always that open with you. Give it a go and see how you feel.
I looked through the game files to spoil myself after reading this, and at the moment there is not. There is a brief shot of the girls from 'X' years ago when they were normal sized at the beginning of the game, but all other CGs are at the same size post-timeskip.
* Roughly the same size. There is BE but due to the nature of the time loop it tends to get reset before it becomes dramatic on their already large frames.

If you find the time for a joke here she will be comfortable enough to be more sexual with you. At the end of the run you will get a not in the progress log that her next corruption level can be activated.
No trouble, if you need anymore help you can just post here or there is a discord and stuff were people post big booby pictures. It's all terrible amounts of fun.

Public release is every 4 weeks.
Standard early access stuff on patreon yadda yadda. Only thing of note there is that that can include weekly builds.
