Select "Download Now" from above underneath "Summer Adult Games" and you will see a pay option, above the mid-sized $10.00 it says "No thanks, just take me to the downloads" which leads to "Download Cabin by the Lake by Nunu - itch.io" there you will see three choices of download options
so after a few attempts no matter which option I pick with Lin between the suit case or check Lin, the hint guide doesn't register it as talking to her.

I have spent so long exploring and looking for lisa's note is it behind a corruption line or something?
lina needs to be corrupted to 2, has to ask you to get lin's panties, then you have to talk to lin about her panties for it to show up
it'll be in the kitchen explore option
